The installation of the program is 2 minutes. When you install the program on your computer via USB flash memory, you finish the setup process. You don't need to install any setup files.

Crushing-Screening Automation

• Feeders are activated according to the currents of the crushers. In this way, the strain of the crushers are prevented. 
• Sudden loading of your transformer or generator is prevented with sequential start-stop feature.
• Interlock operating sequence.
• Energy monitoring.
• When the production is finished, the system stops from the feeder to the end. The bands remain empty at the end of production.

The bobbin you place on the machine, slices desired thickness and up to desired pieces. You can turn the coil in either direction in 6-axis motion-capable system, as forward / backward / Left, Right / Up, Down.

Our software that allows you to perform static measurement without having to stop the material on your production line and your machine. It is preferred by the Copper cable manufacturers and cigarette factories. Shift measurement charts are being displayed. These values are kept in the program as a report. In other words, we keep the measurements of shifts in the last 90 days (the number of days you set) as a report. You can print in PDF and Excel format. And we keep the malfunction records as long as the date / time and date / time it was solved.

Beckhoff brand is used as PLC and Touch panel in the system. SIKORA is used as a sensor for measurement.

The system weighs according to the weight of the prescription we have created over a panel. The product in the container is transported to the target point with the conveyor.
